TCA News Summer/Fall 2005 |
| Memo From Thom Cox |
Speaking of keeping busy, TCA has a number of projects under construction totaling around $430 million dollars. These projects include: Hikari, a project in LA’s Little Tokyo district with The Related Companies, Waterstone at Playa Vista with Intracorp, Northpark in San Jose and Woodbury Apartments with Irvine Apartment Communities, Bella Vista in Los Angeles with Equity Residential, 1100 Wilshire and Metro 417 with Forest City Development, Sunset Lofts on Sunset Blvd with Legacy Partners, Library Gardens in Berkeley with Transaction Group, Avalon Wilshire with Avalon Bay
I am also pleased to announce the opening of TCA/LA, our new office in downtown Los Angeles at 600 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 1470. It is an exciting next step for TCA as we continue to expand into the ever challenging and exciting urban market. It will give some of our long-distance employees the chance to shorten their commutes and discover the emerging vibrancy of downtown LA.
At TCA, we are grateful for the opportunity to grow. As we continue to establish our presence in the Design community, the core values of our company will continue to hold true; that is to provide extraordinary service to excellent clients through a diversity of quality projects. We will continue to foster a corporate culture characterized by personal development, mutual respect and community service. Please read and enjoy our latest E Newsletter.
With Warm Regards
